At Z MOTO, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before making a purchase.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time. Customers will be notified of expected timelines.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the UK, USA, EU, and selected international countries.
  • If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

Delivery Times

  • UK & EU: 5–10 business days
  • USA: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@zmoto.co.uk.
  • While we assist in resolving issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or courier errors.

Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
